Topics covered will include:
Nutrition & Wellness
Over 70% of the UK population suffer from allergies, digestive issues, sleep problems, skin irritations, ADHD, lethargy, weight problems and headaches. Many of these are related to the poor nutritional quality of our food.

Body /back pain
Statistically speaking, 27 – 40% suffer from back pain. About 70% have pain at least once a year and about 80% at least once in their lives.
The most frequent back pain age group is the registered 50 to 70 year olds. Children are no exception due to lack of exercise, watching TV and playing computer games, there has been an emergence of postural problems. The economic significance of the various diseases of the spine is enormous. For most, early retirement spinal complaints are more or less directly the cause for retirement.

Sleep
It's a basic necessity of life, as important to our health and well-being as air, food and water. When we sleep well, we wake up feeling refreshed, alert and ready to face daily challenges. When we don't, every part of our lives can suffer. Our jobs, relationships, productivity, health and safety (and that of those around us) are all put at risk. And lack of sleep due to sleep loss or sleep disorders is taking a serious toll (NSF, 2009).

Menopause
80% of women experience menopausal symptoms that disrupt their lives. Symptoms include, hot flusges, night sweats, sleep problems, fatigue, poor concentration, irritability, depression, anxiety, headaches and  joint pains.

  • After menopause, as a woman's body’s supply of the hormone estrogen declines the likelihood of developing heart desease increase
  • About 75% of women experiencing menopause will have hot flashes.
  • All women will experience menopause.

Fitness & exercise
Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. You'll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression.
